Would you provide phone counselling sessions?

We do, indeed. We are now offering telephone consultations in light of the current COVID-19 situation. To schedule a phone consultation, please call us at 02 4476 5588.
You also can schedule an appointment online, in which case we will contact you to confirm your consultation.

Would I need to set up an appointment, or can I come in?

Our clinic welcomes walk-ins. Simply ensure that you follow the clinic’s health protocols. You might just have to wait for a long time if you walk in there without an appointment, especially if there are many patients with confirmed bookings. However, if you don’t mind waiting, please come.

Do I get the test results over the phone?

For security reasons, we cannot provide sensitive medical information over the phone. It is difficult to ascertain a caller’s identity, and it allows dishonest people access to sensitive information such as test results.

Another reason is that our doctors’ time would be difficult to manage if they were constantly interrupted to discuss test results with patients. The best option is to speak with a member of our support staff and ask when the results will be available, then schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss it.

How would I obtain a health certificate?

Following a consultation, a doctor can provide medical certificates.Please keep in mind that medical certificates cannot be retroactively issued.So, if you require a medical certificate, please consult early in your illness.
